Blood groups diet
The blood group is the answer to the mystery of health, illness, longevity, physical energy and even emotional strength of each person. It determines the probability to get one or another disease, and the food and physical activity ideal for each one of us. One’s vitality and efficiency to burn calories and to react to stress, depend also of it.
The blood groups diet comes from the observation that what is good for some people is not always as good for other people.
Each blood group has characteristics (gastric acidity, capacity to burn calories, etc.) that make a difference, between other things, when choosing food, and even more in case of slimming aim.
For this reason, the diet must be adapted to each person, according her/his blood group.
At the same time as the diet, it is advised to take every day a nutritional supplementary adapted to the blood group, in order to cleanse the system and facilitate the slimming process.
